This policy explains what personal information Cotton And Linen LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"), collects through the PushTower.Cloud platform, and how we use it. PushTower.Cloud is a brand and service of Cotton And Linen LLC. It covers both our customers (businesses that get an app and dashboard from us - "App Owners") and the people who install and use those apps ("App Citizens").
App Owners: your account details (name, email, login), your domain and branding, and your usage of the dashboard. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record - we never see or store your card details.
App Citizens: if you sign in with a social account (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Google, or Apple), we receive basic profile information from that provider such as your name, email, and profile picture. We also collect your device's push notification token, your approximate location (from your IP address, or precise GPS location only if you grant your device's permission), and basic app usage data.
We use this information to run the service: build and operate apps, deliver push notifications that are relevant to your location and interests, provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with: service providers that run the platform (hosting, payment processing by Lemon Squeezy, and push delivery through Apple, Google, and Firebase); the App Owner whose app you use (App Citizens' engagement data appears in that owner's dashboard); and authorities where the law requires it.
We keep personal information while the related account or app connection is active. You can disconnect a social account in the app at any time, control push notifications and location in your device settings, or ask us to delete your data by contacting us below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to know what we've collected. Contact us and we'll honor these requests as the law requires.
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
